Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS - Due to COVID-19, you may experience delays in shipping.

All orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 1-3 business days. Business days are considered Monday through Friday.

Once orders have been shipped, please allow 24 - 48 hours for USPS to update tracking numbers.

Orders should be delivered by USPS within 3-7 business days.

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim and assist you with this process.

Once your package has been shipped via USPS, A1 Simple Beauty is no longer responsible for your package.

 

POSSIBLE SHIPPING INCIDENTS

🔴 INVALID ADDRESS - As the customer, you are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout. If your package was delivered to location, that is not your residence, please contact USPS. If your package is returned to A1 Simple Beauty due to invalid address, you will be contacted and a refund will be processed for products only - Shipping costs will not be refunded.

🔴 DELIVERED- If your package is marked delivered and it’s not in your mailbox, please contact USPS - they should initiate a process to contact your local post office to determine the location of your package. If they are unable to locate your package and it is considered missing, please contact us for a refund of the products purchased only- Shipping costs will not be refunded.

🔴 MISSING PACKAGE - If your package goes missing, please contact USPS to file a claim. Once it has been determined that your package is missing, a refund will be issued for the products only - Shipping costs will not be refunded.
